Same here. My hosting provider highly recommends I remove this plugin. The error log was so long support couldn’t even view it, they had to download it to see it and basically told me to get this off my site, that it’s slowing it all down. Looking forward to a fix, as I do love this plugin.

In reply to: [Kale] Removing the word “archives”Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!
For anyone looking for the answer to this topic, here is how you remove the word “archives” on a category page using the Yoast SEO plugin.
Let’s say one of your Post Categories is Recipes. So when you go to https://www.yourwebsitename.com/Recipes your browser tab will say “Recipes Archives” – if you want it to just say “Recipes” then follow these instructions to remove the word Archives.
Follow this path in the Yoast SEO plugin: Yoast -> Titles & Meta -> Taxonomies
Then on the first section called “Categories” it is pre-set up to look like this:
%%term_title%% Archives %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%Simply delete the word “Archives” so that it looks like this:
%%term_title%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%Then click “Save Changes” at the bottom.
Here is also a video explaining it (for some reason I couldn’t see the video clearly, but I could follow the speaker’s instructions)

Must be because I just updated both WP and Related Posts today. I’m closing this thread as it looks like I didn’t give enough time for it work.

In reply to: [Random File] [Plugin: Random File] How to InstallUpdate: I copied the following code to my Theme php file
<?php function c2c_random_file( $dir, $extensions = ”, $reftype = ‘relative’, $exclusions = array() ) ?>
This caused everything to go blank. I have had to restore the site from backup.
Can you include specifically where this code is supposed to be pasted?
