  • I, too, am having same issue.
Sends test emails and I receive them.
But refuses to process a send to lists – on the Confirm Send screen. The Cancel Send button works, but the Confirm Send button does nothing.
I have done everything I can think of from disabling plugins to changing themes. None of which resolve this issue AND as this is a large national corporation’s website, this will not make them happy at all.
I have sent many emails successfully prior to the latest update of Sendpress. Perhaps something changed because it is the first and only time I’ve had issues sending.
    Thanks

    Thanks Brandon.
Such a great product and thank you for sharing the Github link too.
Now everyone who is concerned knows what to expect. ??

Update: I found that disabling and re-enabling the Jetpack plugin fixed the issue with the compatibility of New Facebook Page Plugin in sidebar.

Please confirm that Like Box will be replaced with the new Page Plugin by June 23rd. Thanks

Thanks @spaceme for you updates and advice.

When I activate the Moderation the ‘Inactive Users’ area does not appear for me in the menu options and the Activate/deactivate option does not appear below the user either. This is also the case with or without other plugins active, and the theme set to Twenty twelve, so I know it is not a compatibility issue.

In the interim I have installed a separate moderation component to allow for this to work.

I definitely believe in incorporating what is already available with User Field Meta data in the Profile section rather than having to re-create these for the registration field. Being able to tick them on and off in for the Reg. form would prove very valuable and easy to use.

My client is also asking for the Admin email to contain all the data provided in the Form to be emailed to them upon registration (as the Admin). I.e. The Admin receives an email containing all information from all fields, inclusive of the User Meta Data fields. Can this be achieved? I’ve looked at creating my own plugin for this but fail to find a means to include the User Meta Fields in the New Registration Email to the Admin. Perhaps you can help with this.

Thanks for all the effort and help. Great plugin and will be even greater with a little more tweaking. ??

    Me too!.
    Moderation enabled.
Admin receives standard WP email showing a new user has registered, but I have no way to moderate the account to approve it. The Activate check box or something is missing.

User appears to be assigned to Subscriber, which is correct, and they show in the Users admin section, yet they are not able to login, though they do receive the “Your account needs to be activated by an admin” notice appearing upon attempt.

Thank you for looking into this ??

PS. Is there a way to integrate the WP User fields into the standard form instead of adding new fields for these. Solely because it now appears 2x in the User section because my client wants to have the Website, Facebook, Twitter and Google page elements filled in on Registration, and these are now built-in to WP. ?? Just a suggestion to make available. I believe Profile Builder has similar feature…

    I am getting same issue.
Latest version of WP, all plugins inactive.

Here is the console error when entering data in for the Role.

    wp-admin/admin.php?page=maven_member-section-groups# code.js:33
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘role_name’ of undefined maven-member-roles.js?ver=1.0.35:141

I’d like help fixing this please as I really need a plugin like MM that is simple and handles multi users with protected site content in various sectors and categories.

    Thank you

    Same problem here.
Had to rename folder to disable it and tried to reinstall it, same thing happens. Obviously some sort of incompatibility there somewhere… To implement something new is going to take time and the client is not happy!

Tried to send another email and get this error

Warning: include(/home/norswan/public_html/ssj/wp-content/plugins/sendpress/classes/views/class-sendpress-view-emails-send-email.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/norswan/public_html/ssj/wp-content/plugins/sendpress/sendpress.php on line 151

    Errors here too.
Updated plugin, failed to load preview prior to send, so followed instructions to refresh permalinks. Then ticked box in advanced area to use old Sendpress URLs. This fixed the preview but did not fix the 404 page or View in Browser compatibility.
Sendpress used to work seamlessly. Can we have it back to perfect again please. Thank you…

Here is the script error I get on screen.

Changed the url back to Products-Page
    https://crystals2inspire.com/c2i/products-page/

Have disabled and enabled plugins and theme, nothing changes.

Resolution is underway – Thank you to WP-eCommerce for their email and advice. I shall be undertaking the instructions and will follow up should there be any further issues.

    Hello,
Really loved the free version and I recommended an upgrade to a client.

We’re having Login issues and drama with a her account with Getshopped.

She paid for the Gold plugin + installation for $127. She got the confirmation email with Username + API key.

BUT NO password. She cannot login to order the premium service she paid for. We waited a week, still nothing comes via email to help login (yes we checked junk mail).

She then went and purchased the Affiliate Plugin as well and this time did not even get the email confirmation, yet she has been charged for it.

I emailed support (email that was appended to the first confirmation) and that was a week ago, still no answer.

We tried to register again and it tells us the Username is already in use – as per the one sent in the first confirmation email.

So we tried the lost password link and we get an error message… It won’t send us a lost password – I assume because we never got the first one so the confirmation link never got clicked.

We’re at a loss. Please help us login and find our purchases and link this account up so we can access your Premium section properly.

    Thank you very much.
