In reply to: [Use Google Libraries] [Plugin: Use Google Libraries] Dashboard conflictI seem to have located the conflict of sorts.
The issue seems to revolve around the Cloudflare service.
When activated it alongside Use Google Libraries I’m getting this error. When cloudflare is deactivated, and Use Google Libraries is enabled, there is no error.
Hope this helps. Though I suspect it’s a Cloudflare issue and not one with your plugin. I’ll file it with Cloudflare.

In reply to: [Use Google Libraries] [Plugin: Use Google Libraries] Dashboard conflictLatest WP version. Site is here.
I’ve a lot of plugins running. If you know of a way to make quick list of them I’d be happy to send it to you.
Just enabled the plugin again, same issue. Without it enabled the edit post page opens near on immediately.
Happy to help any way I can.
Thanks Aakash,
That worked perfectly.
For your reference I was using Chrome, when this problem occurred.
Good to know. I believe the author is Joost, or @yoast on Twitter.
Your workaround worked perfectly, and the back-up made it to dropbox! Excellent.
1) Tweets should be showing in full, is that not the case?
No, when set to trackback/pingback one just gets a user name and link. In show in comments, yes. I guess I should have clarified I meant trackback / pingback. If there was an option to show, or now show.
2) Okay that’s good to know. Thank you for the clarification
Pleased to say, cron seems to be working very well so far along with W3TC.
I’ll be monitoring as well. But so far this plugin is pretty much doing very well, with a host of great options.
Small suggestions if the author would like them. But other than that, it’s on course to being the top back up solution on WP.
Thanks for that info. https://interconnectit.com/2364/announcing-spots/ is an impressive demo on what can be done to integrate Spectacula.
I got through a lot of the CSS quite well, and it was shaping up, and working the way I liked.
Unfortunately I ran into some hitches with those other comment related plugins. Namely a GASP, a replyme type plugin, and a first time comment plugin. All of which I find quite beneficial.
I’m guessing ?? this is not likely to be implemented in the near future, or even for such options to become a part of Spectacula.
Likewise with all that JS, I was thinking a post comment field opening up a “thanks for commenting, would you mind sharing this – social network icon” row would be really nice. Again, just an idea if you are thinking of doing any work to the plugin ??
WordPress is really in need of an all in one comment system plugin.

In reply to: [Lightbox Plus Colorbox] [Plugin: Lightbox Plus] Plugin abandoned?dzappone, How is W3 Total Cache playing with Version: 2.3.1 now?
This is an ongoing issue with the plugin still happening in version 3.2.5.
Older version several updates back still work better than the latest, which as you say does nothing but kick you to the WP login page when you try to save settings.
Interestingly it’s not happening on all WP installations which might indicate a plugin conflict, however I’ve deactivated all plugins and same problem. So possibly a resource issue?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Cloud Flare Feedback? Many thank for the feedback on Cloud flare.
I’ll take a look at the free version based on what you’ve said here. And take it from there.
Always a bit wary when someone else wants to take over your DNS!

In reply to: [Attention bar] From the side :)Hi,
Yes, daily deals. But if you leave the main page load (take a while) it moves into the left side of the main page, but still let’s you read the main content, yet makes sure you know it’s there.
I think the content changes, today is a deal. Yesterday I noted a newsletter sign up form.
I’d like to see something like this in the shape of a plugin. That can also handle Caching plugins like W3TC.
The New York Times fly in was nice, but the caching and the fast speed was a bit much.
The Nat Geo one really hits home well
Dave
Mainly used for newsletter sign ups ??

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] ETA on Patch?I’d would like to know this too. I heard one was imminent, but that was a few weeks ago.
Older version still working very well. I’m hesitant to upgrade due to the mass of queries here.
That said, if there was a little confirmation from Frederick on a possible time scale for an update, I think it would relieve many people’s stress and mind sets ??
