So sorry to post a followup.

I discovered that I had installed another plugin that also used the term series in its taxonomy. I went into the SSP plugin and modified the term of the podcast series to something other than series. Refresh the permalinks and viola’, everything is working perfectly now.

I found that if I switch the permemlink structure back to default, the series pages do come up, but it breaks other things.

I switched the permalink structure back to ‘Post Name’ and the Series go back to “No results found”.

Found the issue.

I had the monarch social sharing plugin from elegant themes installed. There is a checkbox in that plugin to reset the wordpress loop. It was causing the issue. I unchecked the setting and vi’ola – everything working again! thanks!

I just noticed that it is pulling the right links for the ‘Download Episode” link and the files sizes are calculated correctly. So its just the Title and Description.

That didn’t work. That formated the master event list, which I don’t care about.

This is what I have using the short code. I have tried the date_format option. That lets me control the format of the date BUT I can NOT give a class or id to the month or day. I need that option to control the LOOK not the format.
