Hi all! Thanks for the reports and the troubleshooting. The last release of Complainz focused on making changes to the way that Jetpackj stats work when their plugin is active. If you land on this thread and you’re using Complainz, please reach out to their support for more details on the status of this fix.
Thanks!
Hi @ravanh. Are you still seeing those invalid token errors? When I run the debugger from here, it indicates that the site is successfully connected with no token errors.
If you’re still seeing those in Site Health, could you please disable all of your plugins except Jetpack. Then try testing again to see if that error persists. If it goes away, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering here. You can then find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and repeating the test after each one.
Let us know what you find ??

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Merge statisticsHappy to help with this stats merge @robineesti. I’ve taken care of this for you so you should see the stats from https://kohvihoolikuelu.wordpress.com/ in the dashboard for https://kohvihoolikuelu.ee/ when you refresh.
Cheers ??
Hi there @saowp. It’s only possible to access SSO via the WP Admin page or through the link directly. Did the Simply History plugin author indicate that this is likely Jetpack’s SSO?
Do you still see these entries when you disable SSO?
Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

Hi there @muhammedswalihct! Can you clarify where this Jetpack Related Posts link is? I’m not sure which link you mean and I want to be sure that we’re focused on the right place so that we can get you the right answer.
Could you please also post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

Thanks for pointing out that detail we’d overlooked @naithin. Google has made quite a few changes to the way that it managed cookies in Chrome, so I’ve updated that issue to find out more about how that affects this.
Could you test this in Safari as well to see how that goes?
Thank you for sharing those details @morgzilla. I did some extensive testing here and I do see that the block behaves differently on my Jetpack site now. The Full Size option is missing for me. Do you still see that?
At this point, I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening.
Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Constant public API errorsHi Simon!
Thanks for sharing what you get in the Console. This is actually a known issue and it’s been around for a few years now:
https://github.com/Automattic/notifications-panel/issues/250
I’m also seeing an error in the site’s connection to Jetpack at the moment. It seems that when Jetpack tries to access the site’s XML-RPC file via cURL, we’re getting denied. That is likely the cause of the trouble here. If you can open up cURL access to Jetpack, that should fix the connection and resolve this error.
Let us know how that goes ??

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Can’t login to WordPress@lodigabriel I see that you’ve got Jetpack’s Single Sign-on feature active and so you have the option to log in with WordPress.com. Is that what you’re using to try to log in to the WP Admin dashboard?
Are you able to log in with the username and password?
I’m seeing a timeout error in the Jetpack connection that might be preventing you from logging with your WordPress.com account. If you can log in with the username and password, that should help here.
@javierrguez it sounds like what you’re seeing is the same as what’s been reported here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/18109
Is that right? If so, feel free to comment there.
If not, would you please send us a link to your site so that we can take a look? If you’d prefer that this remain private, feel free to contact us via this contact form and mention this thread. Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Carousel on mobile@antermoia which mobile device are you using? Have you tested this with the block editor? Does the same thing happen when using the gallery block?
For now, you can actually install a functionality plugin like Code Snippets and add the function from the plugin to that instead. The plugin hasn’t been updated because there’s nothing to be modified or maintained here. You can find the function in the trunk here:
We don’t currently have any plans to amend this for the classic editor gallery. If you have the same issue with the block editor, let us know and we’ll do some further testing here.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Flush Photon Images CacheI’ve removed the images in that file from our cache. To prevent these from being cached again, you can simply disable the site accelerator feature entirely while leaving Jetpack connected.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Related posts not showing up@iskmogul it sounds like you’ve figured this one out, even if the solution isn’t the most desirable. If you’ve confirmed that Related Posts does work with a different theme, then I’d say that you have the answer.
I’d suggest testing other related posts solutions to see if those work. If you find that the theme is fully incompatible, you can push back a little more firmly with the author.
