“Description of content” is ok, Name of the product, this is perfect.
It is more on “Category Item” which should be “Sales of good” and not “Other” to avoid us Retoure from the customs for wrong Category written.
Just wonder how your plug-in decide which category to choose and not an another one ?
As soon as the Category is right, it could be that the EORI also appears in “Customs reference of sender”
I just sent you an Email to picture the Issue, I can guess there is one part of the code choosing something instead of the other one, the category list is reall specific.

1. Concerning the Email I was not sure what to do in this area so I just registered the one used by the website, and yes same domain, your are totally right. so I am gonna delete them from this area if not needed.
2. Sendinblue account is new right, I will also forward this Message after trying your recommendation to them.
3. I will try again to use Force and see but as I say I need all these 3 Emails at the moment as diferent people are involved with diferent rights…
4. Not user plug-in are used to change SMTP, just the WP Mail Logging to check what’s being sent by php/smtp.I come back to you with an update soon
Yes i confirm after creating a dummy Order that no Email are sent after the order is mark as “completed”. But for instance an Email is sent when order is “processing”.
I untick now again “Tracking Note – Make Private” to at least have the tracking for those who create an account, but I would really prefer to have an Email sent ?? with the DHL tracking Link.
In Email notification, “Processing Order” and “Completed Order” are set the same way.Label I do one by one as I have most of the times rearrange the adress, in advance, and then when the packet is ready to ship with the label already on it, I just tick all the customers and invoque bulk actions “changes status to completed” with the hope they all receive an Email with the tracking and the status completed at this moment.
I guess I am wrong here with something…

After 2 weeks now and with your new Setup, it seems not working as well, as I still receive Email from people not receiving this automatic Email with tracking…
Can be the completed Email go into Spam when you do bulk action as “completed” ?Thanks for any update !

I give it a shot, now I tick the tracking note even so the “?” say the opposite “to not send an email blabalba…” and see if I received good feeedback ??

Do you want an email to send when the order is completed or when the label is created?

now I have something else which is:
“Could not create label – Unbekannte Absenderreferenz”
Seems I entered my login and password wrongly…but I tried everyday and use the same for DHL business account as am doing all manually at the moment… it is hard to focus on this plug-in while working on the order… ??I dunno what else to try…
What about the tracking send to the customer ? Is this something doable with this plug-in ?
