We have the same issue with only one out of 30 or so order missing the confirmation email. Other emails seem to be sent just fine.

But because of your message I thought why not compare editor and shop_manager capabilities?

Fixed it!
The capability unfiltered_html was not set for my shop_manager.

Maybe add that piece of information to the docs.

Also make sure that Test Mode (Settings) is set to NO.

I guess you changed your site url to https?
Try: Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS

I recently started using “Ginger – EU Cookie” Law as well and hat the same issues.

Just put the text into the text field a second time and press save. You can also try to switch to text mode (instead of view), put the text in and save. Worked for me.

After you saved the changes refresh your (backend) ginger settings page – if the text is still in the text field it should also be translated on the frontend.

Still the same issue. Does anyone have a solution by now?
The issue is caused by some code inside the function ginger_parse_dom() in ginger/front/gingerfront.core.php
