I’m encountering the same issues. Global Colors and Fonts seem to be part of the problem but I’m not sure. I’ve done all standard debug routines and replicated the issues on a clean WP install.

I just went into my database and eliminated the subscription data manually, then everything worked. I had already done this when the plugin author responded so I didn’t follow up with a support ticket, sounds like we should though.

A little more info, I can reproduce this with 2 steps, cancelling a subscription from the “My Account” Section and then changing the subscription status to “Cancelled” on the individual subscription page in the admin.

FYI, I just deleted the give plugin and still have the user roles left over. I was only using the basic plugin.

Also in addition the “Hide restricted public content from menus” box kills the entire menu and replaces it with the wordpress default instead of eliminating just the restricted content menu item.

Bump, I’m having the same problem….

Hi I’m facing the same problem with 2013, I tried reinstalling and deleting the plugins via FTP, it just keeps asking to install the 2013 add on.

Any more ideas?
