I have the same issue here that the plug in crashed the webiste.

The error is below. Can you please help?

One thing to add up, on the other forms too, for example https://dilworth.co.nz/aa_members/,

Everything is captured when submission but no message when click the submit button.

In the form setting, I have put “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” for successful submission but nothing is showing
