I have exactly the same problem … cant link to section id’s on the home page from another page. The correct URL shows momenterily, then disappears leaving me at the top of the homepage, with http:/siteurl/#

I think it is spomething to do with one of the javascript files (possibly common.js) which uses a[href^=’#’] … but I don’t understand enough about js coding to make sense of this.

This seems to be a problem with this theme (thee is an unanswered support message from a year ago with the same issue).

Apart from this issue, I really like this theme, so it would be good to figure out what is causing it.

Fantastic – works fine – my mistake – thanks.
I had used the visual editor, and it had added <p> </p> around the shortcode. When I got rid of these in the HTML editor, it fixed things.

Yes – it seems to cause problems with widgets, also with page editing.
Causes a javascript error / conflict

I found the same – when deactivating it, all problems went away.

I also like this plugin, so hope an update will be on its way.
