Thank you for your patience.
I wanted to share with you that we have looked into this and at this point, unfortunately, we cannot yet confirm such compatibility. Ensuring compatibility requires development work on our side, we have added your request to the others on this issue.
Such an update is not yet scheduled for the near future, but it is one of the topics we will be considering for enhancements to our plugin. With that in mind, I’m marking this thread as Resolved for now, but if you have any additional questions, please let me know, I’m happy to help.
We will keep you informed here and in the plugin changelog about any updates.
Best regards,
TomekHi @klloyd86, at the moment, our plugin does not yet support Google Product feed. Our solution is a bit more complex than a flat rate, so it doesn’t work out of the box.
However, we decided to look into this compatibility. We will need a few days for analysis, next week we should have an update on the matter.
If you have any further questions or require assistance with anything else, please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
TomekHi @prcm777, thank you for reaching out. I will do my best to help, and I need some additional information:
- Would you please confirm which version of the plugin you are using for the store?
- What type of API you are using? (REST API or XML API)
Does saving the plugin settings / resetting the API connection change the error status?
Best regards,
TomekHi @becreativestudio, thank you for reaching out.
This is a slightly more complex scenario, which is possible to set up with the PRO version of our plugin. We described precisely such a configuration, in the article below:
Due to the rules of this forum, we cannot discuss the features of our paid solutions here. If you have any more questions about this option, please email us via the contact form at https://octolize.com/support/, and we will be happy to answer in detail.

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Support is amazing!Thank you for your feedback! It means a great deal both to me personally and to our team.
Hi Kevin, thank you for re-enabling the plugin. It looks like a different issue than I assumed.
I see the calculation error you are reporting, I suspect it may have something to do with Printify’s shipping calculation. Could you please write to us via the contact form on the website: https://octolize.com/support/. This will allow us to get more details, which will not be possible on this forum. You can use the Pre-sale question as an option in the form and refer to this thread.
Best regards,
TomekAs we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
If you have any additional questions, please let us know, we’ll be happy to help.?

TomekHi @kcoleman, first of all – thanks for the feedback.
Do I understand correctly that you would expect the shipping cost to be automatically recalculated after changing the product variant?
What happens if you manually recalculate shipping using the calculation button from our plugin, is the shipping cost then correct?
Currently, when changing the variant or quantity, the cost does not automatically recalculate every time, but with manual recalculation, should be displayed correctly. I would like to verify which of these cases you are describing.

In reply to: [Shipping Live Rates for FedEx for WooCommerce] Great App for FedEx Rates! Many thanks for your review!
Hi @johnsnelgrove,
At this point, WooCommerce does not provide the ability to change the displayed message in blocks-based checkout. We are monitoring this and will implement a corresponding update if possible.
For now, I can recommend using an older version of checkout via the
[woocommerce_checkout]
shortcode, with which our solution is still compatible. More details about this in the Woo docs: https://woo.com/document/cart-checkout-blocks-status/#section-6Best regards,
TomekWould you mind writing to us directly at: https://octolize.com/support/. You can select the “Pre-sale question” option. The details that UPS is asking about contain confidential data that cannot be shared here. Please refer to this thread in the form, and we are going to try to help you further.
Best regards,
TomekHi @techguysa, thank you for reaching out. I’m happy to help.
I am confident that with the right CSS we will be able to change this. Would you mind pasting the CSS style you added? We will suggest proper adjustments on this basis.
Best regards,
TomekHi @sanigirl2018,
At this point, our plugin allows you to connect one UPS account to display rates. Is there any reason why SUREPOST rates are on a separate account?
Best regards,
