Sorry that I wasn’t more precisely!

I have set up FluentSMTP with Mailgun API, and it works perfect on both the built-in test mail function and all other transactional emails on the website. But because my client is using a free plugin (Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer) to customize the mails in WooCommerce I guess something is conflicting with FluentSMTP and not with the WPSMTP plugin.

So when my client or her customers gets email notifications about eg. a new order, the content is showing the raw html code and instead of the visual output. If I deactivate FluentSMTP and activate WPSMTP the same mail looks beautiful. And as I wrote, FluentSMTP has no problem showing nice emails from WooCommerce on other WooCommerce sites where the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin is NOT installed.

The site is running on PHP 7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.5 but I’m not able to upgrade that at the moment. But maybe it will solve the problem.

I have no access to a php error log at the moment either but I will try to get that asap.

In the GitHub thread, they talk about a fix made in version 2.1.4, but the current version is only 2.1.3! When will the new version with the fix be published?

I have a similar problem on my site, where I have set the form to be “Hidden, unchecked by default”, but still my last customer gets subscribed as a normal subscriber and not just one that only receives transactional emails!

I hope you can fix this ASAP!

In the em_events table, I can see a column “group_id”, so if I could just output this id, I can use it to show the Group name.

I’m sorry. It’s a typo. I meant “Main calendar” ??

Or actually, I would both like to show the Group name in the popup box when I hover over the event n the calendar AND on the specific event page where I show all the details.

Does it make sense?

I solve the problem myself, and it was NOT a bug in the plugin but the wp_participants_database table that was missing a primary key etc.

I had some kind of the same problem as you. I don’t know if you also use the White Label CMS plugin, but that was the “bad guy” in my situation. The newest version 2.0.2.1 fixed unable to upgrade themes and plugins!

I have now tested the premium extension/plugin Community Events from Modern Tribe to see if it solves the issue with the events getting saved as drafts. But unfortunately, it doesn’t ??

I tried to fill the description field also to see if that would help, and it did! So maybe it’s just a small bug that you should not only fill the name field to get the Brand detail page to work, but also other fields!
