i tryed to configure the plugin but doesn’t work.

could you please help me to connect the website to the reviews and show the float on the website ?

So i must wait there is a review before to synchronize ?

Le bug a été identifié hier soir et effectivement il concerne les personnes utilisant le shortcode MANGOPAY ou qui ont sélectionné “Use this page for payment template” (Woocommerce > payments > settings).

En attendant de résoudre cela, je vous invite à utiliser la version précédente du plugin.

For your information, I just downgraded back the “MANGOPAY WooCommerce plugin” to version 3.3.4 and the payments are working back now.
So the problem comes from the new version 3.4.1 of this plugin.

Pour votre information, je viens de rétablir la version 3.3.4 du plugin “MANGOPAY WooCommerce plugin” et les paiement fonctionnent à nouveau.
C’est donc bien la version 3.4.1 de ce plugin qui pause problème.

Il s’agit de la page WordPress “paiement mangopay” (https://tahitian-store.com/paiement-mangopay/) qui contient le shortcode “mangopay_payform” qui redirige ensuite vers la page de paiement dont vous parlez. Ca fonctionnait parfaitement jusqu’a il y a 10 jours.
Je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas, vous n’avez toujours pas trouvé le problème ? C’est très urgent svp. Votre plugin ne fonctionne plus du tout et les paiements sont désormais impossibles.

Merci. Meme en changeant de theme (Storefront) ca ne fonctionne toujours pas.

– I tryed with only those 3 plugin : same problem
– Yes this shortcut “mangopay_payform” is on the mangopay payment page
– Theme : Martfury
– MANGOPAY WooCommerce plugin v 3.4.1 is it last one ?

Many people seems to have the same problem since 1 week. Maybe due to conflict with latest WordPress or Woocommerce version ?

Je viens de faire un essai de paiement avec uniquement ces plugin activés et l’erreur persiste : problème identique
– Thème Martfury
– MANGOPAY WooCommerce plugin V3.4.1 : est-ce bien la dernière version ?

Il semble que plusieurs personnes rencontrent ce problème depuis 5 jours, avez-vous trouvé son origine ? C’est très grave car le site est en plein décollage et perd en crédibilité à chaque fois qu’un client essai d’acheter un produit.

Même problème, en cliquant sur le bouton “payer” après avoir rempli le formulaire de commande, une page vide apparait “Paiement Mangopay” sans rien dedans.
Les clients ne peuvent simplement plus acheter !
Urgent donc … quelqu’un a t il trouvé une solution ? Y a t il une mise à jour de prévue ?
