Hi if it helps with numbers, I also was unable to login to my site, but disabling seedpod has for now cured the issue
I have a staging site whee I can reproduce the problem. It is password protected so please let me know how I can privately send you the relevant logging in details.
Many thanks
HI
Thanks for looking at this. I have gone through deactivation process again. Originally I though Siteground or caching issues in general were an issue. I find that if I switch off ALL plugins (incl. Siteground optimizer) and using 2021 theme I have a problem with any Ninja table displaying and a sluggish scroll experience with:
1. Ninja (4.1.11 and 4.1.10 pro) activated
2. Vizualiser 3.7.4 activated
3. Content locker (by mythemeshop, free version v 1.1.10) activatedIf I rollback to visualizer 3.7.3 then I have no display issues (even with Content locker active).
If I activate all other plugins with 3.7.3 activated I again have no issue. As soon as I activate the latest ver of visualizer the problem reappears.
Do you have any suggestions?
Many thanksOne more update …
`If I disable siteground optimiser (with Ninja and vizualizer activated) my ninja table will not appear on the same page if the latest version of vizualizer is activatedWith Siteground optimiser and vizualizer activated and ninja deactivated my issue remains – some images do not load and scrolling / refresh is very poor.
The issue disappears with all 3 plugins activated if I roll back to previous version of vizualizer – 3.7.3
On this basis both Ninja support and Siteground believe the issue is most likely with the vizualizer latest update. Thanks
Update: I originally thought it was a clash with Siteground’s optimizer plugin – some of the images on the page I mentioned above were not loading properly and the page was scrolling /loading poorly. They suggested switching off lazy loading which improved page scrolling a little. Having now discovered the Ninja / visualizer problem, if I turn lazy loading back on in my siteground optimizer plugin my original issue with my image loading is completely resolved. It re-appears if I switch Vizualiser back on. I rely on both Vizualizer and Ninja heavily on my site. I hope there is a resolution. Thanks.
Gosh … that’s really buried. I haven’t edited my site for a while so that is something that changed with an update either of WP or the plugin. I use this plugin on one page only currently and the effect is site wide – it has taken me several hours to find the answer to something I would not expect to see changed by this plugin … and it is not a heavily publicised ‘feature’. You have helped me fix my problem so thanks very much for your speedy response but I’m a little unhappy about the consequences of the plugin on my site…

In reply to: editing area for page/posts has shrunkFor anyone who has same issue, I tracked my partic. problem down to the plugin ‘PublishPress’ blocks – I am awaiting feedback from developer.

In reply to: editing area for page/posts has shrunkThanks very much again Joy. As you say, the front end is fine.I’ll look in to what you say and go through my plugins one by one.

In reply to: editing area for page/posts has shrunkThanks for looking at this for me. I understand your comments but am confused as to why the appearance of my block editor has changed (it is the same on all my pages / posts and I haven’t edited them for a while). My block editor area used to look like that of my staging site (as per picture). Ie. I had a much bigger area to work and review in. I notice some of my buttons have also lost their centre alignment. If I have to I will restore an earlier version of my site. Thanks again.

In reply to: [WP Booking Calendar] Unable to load calendar unless logged in as adminHi I have got my calendar back for now by switching off some settings in SG Optimizer plugin. Not sure why it stopped working … will do some more research and post if can be more specific.
Thanks for getting to the bottom of this for me. The links text is not a big surprise either – I found it acted weirdly even before 5.5 so guess there is a little glitch there.
Thanks very much
I missed your reply while compiling this – I will wait to hear from you, thanks
Sorry forgot the code …
<a class="wp-block-button__link has-very-light-gray-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background" href="https://staging1.gingerbeergolftravel.com/st-andrews-old-course-single-golfer-ballot/" style="border-radius:32px">Go to BallotBuddy</a>
Thanks very much for your speedy reply.
Maybe it’s my misunderstanding and perhaps I didn’t create the buttons as they were intended to be used but nevertheless all these buttons had brightly coloured fills before the update (mostly red, orange or blue). You are correct – when I re-designed the various pages back in May I chose an outline style but I also chose a fill to go with it.Several on my front page are on a basically black background so a transparent background wouldn’t have worked or passed the inspection! Each one is designated a color for a reason so again I know which buttons were orange, blue or red – so it is weird …
When I ‘inspect’ the button (on the staging site for example) the html reads:
Go to BallotBuddyDoesn’t this suggest a blue background? And as I say 1. when I look at this or any of the other buttons in page edit mode all the buttons still display the color I originally chose and would expect to see reflected on the output page. 2. Other buttons on the page that also have outline style but a custom color fill rather than one of the default colours have remained in order (‘Spain as a golfing destination’ for example).
Thanks for looking into this for me and if I basically need to go and re-edit my various pages then that’s tedious but achievable – just didn’t want a ‘fix’ to appear and have to undo it again..
…update. as well as the anchor link not working work, I find after a few page refreshes the HTML anchor for the heading in the ‘advanced’ section has disappeared.
