I notified our hosting provider and this is what they said –

You are on a shared hosting server with many different wordpress sites. If all your other plugins work to send mail that means that particular plugin may not support smtp authentication which is how secure mail is suppose to be sent. There is no setting on server which will cause one plugin to send mail and not the other. STMP authentication on proper ports is required.
