Any updates about this? Looking for the same feature. Required 2FA for other user roles then just the Administrator.

Still having some problems with sending out all e-mails.
I′ve tried with Mailgun with the exact same result.

I have enable “Background processing with WP Cron” in the settings.

Is there any difference between that option and and the paid extension “Scheduled Triggers”?

I activated the plugin on our website and our icons also changes.

We have for example a class called
<i class="icon-arrow-right"></i>
This one just shows a right-arrow.

After activating the plugin all icons are changed to some kind of pause-button.

We are using Office365 SMTP. I read that Office 365 has a 30 message per minute limit.
So if I want to send e-mail to 120 users it would take around 4 minutes to publish the post?

Okay so Ive tried it on my localhost with around 35 users and it seems to work there.
When clicking Publish button in WordPress the button text changes to “Updating…” and the ordinary spinning wheel starts. It seems like during the time it says “Updating…” the e-mails are being sent out. Checked the e-mail log at the same time. It does take much longer to publish though. Updating process takes several seconds more then when I publish posts without the notification active.
Is this how it is suppose to work?

I′ve tried to check if there′s any other plugins that may interfere but couldn′t find any.
May it have to with the possibility that the post published is created with the Gutenberg editor?

How does the actual notification e-mail flow work? CRON? Or does it try to send directly to all 100+ users when I click “publish post”.
