– the version of the Flexible PDF Invoices plugin (can be checked in the Plugins menu too)
– the settings of WooCommerce in the WooCommerce->Setting first screen at the bottom (the number of decimal points)
– the screenshot of the products in the invoice edit screen (Invoices->All Invoices->Edit by clicking the invoice)Do you enter prices with , or .

Please check the number of digits in the WooCommerce->Settings (at the bottom of the 1st screen). Could you send the status of your WooCommerce (in WooCommerce->Status).
I will check the list of your plugins. Do you use any plugins that give you the options to set taxes/ rounding outside the default WooCommerce ones?
Could you tell if the issue occurs on the invoice edit screen when you click the download button? I would like to reproduce the issue in my environment.

Please update the plugin to the latest version 5.5.1 of the Flexible Invoices plugin. That will help.
If you don’t have the notification in the WordPress->Plugins, you can do it manually in the Dashboard->Updates tab.

Have you updated the invoice after changing the settings/ currency?
Or recalculating the order before issuing new invoices?Could you send/ share the screenshots of the order positions, the invoice and also WooCommerce->Settings (main screen) to see what number of digits you have for your store.
That will help me to see the issue/ your store’s settings.

I informed also our programmer to check the issue with the notice.
I will let you know when I know more.
For now, you may add:
@ini_set( ‘display_errors’, ‘Off’ );
to wp-config.php – it should hide this notice from the email.

I have seen the notice in before the content of the email.
I haven’t though repricated the issue in my environment.
This problem may be related to another plugin used in your shop. Please try to isolate an issue, by disable plugins which are not our or WooCommerce. Then please enable plugins one by one, deleting cache, and check if the problem still exist.
If yes, please test the plugin again, but now using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

I have received the email with the link to the PDF coupon.
https://we.tl/t-SpPdyrrP29Please check if your email client has not put the email in the Spam/ another folder.
I have informed our programmer about the year in the email. I will let you know as soon as it’s fixed.
For now, you may copy the e-mail template and adjust it as you need and then put them inside your theme’s folder.
The email template is in the WooCommerce->Settings->Email.
You may also find them through FTP in the wp-content/plugins/flexible-coupons/src/Views/emails/ folder.
Then copy the template to: YOURTHEME/woocommerce/emails/…
It should help you adjust the template’s date/ year format as you wish. Let me know if that worked well.

I have placed a test order no 588. Please change its status to the one when the coupon is issued or create one manually in the order edit screen (in the metabox on the right side).
I will check if I receive the coupon.

Are you using any plugins to modify/ hide the WooCommerce checkout – and email field?
Could you send the list of the plugins and the URL of the website where I can see the Product-Coupon PDF?
