I have solved this issue on m own. After deleting all cache and cookie and rebooting my PC. I went and downloaded and manually reinstalled the update for WP then I turned off all plugins and went to the default theme and now its fixed.

I have also tried on my old PC which is windows Vista home,and IE 9

I’m running Windows 8 pro 64Bit. And Chrome is version 25.0.1364.97 m and IE is version 10.0.9200. I have tried erasing all cache history cookies etc. From both those browsers as I thought maybe that was an issue. I don’t use the other browsers hardly ever so if I could get it to work on one of these two it would be awesome.

The index page is a custom page so it doesnt work there your right but that is a matter of adding a seperate catagory for what i want posted there which is no big deal ??

It worked!!!!!! thankyou so very much, I have one more question for you though, is there a way i can do this for certain catagorys only? or is it only a global thing?

well, this may sound really dumb of me, but where do i put these tags? Im assuming in the catagory.php file?

I have tested it out and it doesnt seem to work :/ I dont know if im doing something wrong or not, i installed the plugin and it says it should work automatically right?
