I figured out the error. I had Forminator Pro installed for this site. When I started using CRIO and Post and Page Builder – the Pro plugin did not install. So I couldn’t see the signature field in the form itself.
I resolved it by going to your website wpmudev.com, logging into my account, then navigating to the pro plugins and installing it on the site that I had already created on that site.
Once it was re-activated, the signature field appeared on the form and it operates normally.
Perhaps an error checking function might be in order to see if there is a signature field in a form and prompting that the Pro plugin needs to be installed.
I have been away and so could not look at your reply. I tried to import your form but got an error about white space and special characters. If you could tell me which field in my form is a signature field, or a way for me to find it, perhaps I can remove it manually myself.
The link is now public. Thanks!
No signature fields that I can find.
I’ve uploaded the form here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PJOaJEI9pRiK1NNU5vZFuT4pHsLhVbwC/view?usp=drive_link
The contact form works, but none of the others. Must be some other field?
There are a ton of deprecated messages to do with the Crio template.
The bottom of the log contains the fatal error:

Thank you for the offer. I realized the 404 was caused because the page was set to private.
However, upon further investigation I learned that in order to edit profiles you have to use your plugin to create users. Otherwise you have to use the pro version.
This information is a bit buried. I’m no longer using the plugin.
But thank you for your work in WordPress!

Account: https://www.kahalaowners.org/my-account/I notice that the link from the account page to edit the profile is actually https://www.kahalaowners.org/my-account/edit-profile. The link from the profile page to the change password does work.
I also notice that the 404 gives a site map – is this something with your plugin or with WordPress?
