I have just deleted the plugin and from what I can see it is leaving an absolute ton of cron jobs behind. I will delete these and re-install the plugin to see if they appear again or not.

I am running 2.6.0 and after checking the logs this morning there is huge number of cron events already for today

I am also noticing the same behaviour where there are hourly clef_wp_session_garbage_collection cron jobs being actioned. I am noticing that this is the single cause of 503 maintenance pages being displayed until the resource has finished. Is there a planned update release to stop this happening or should I try the beta version and steps written above?

It would be great to see this triggering an event that we can control how it appears in Google Analytics.

It seems to be working again now, very bizarre. Not sure what happened.

I think it was related to the custom button text I was trying to use. I took it out saved and it worked so I then added it back in and saved again and then everything worked.

I would put login details here but there is no way to make them private and I don’t want that info out on the web for a public domain!!

I am also getting the exact same symptoms. Not sure if it is related but this is after reverting a site back from multisite to a single site installation (and yes it has been done correctly)

I did end up removing the plugin and installing a new one called delightful downloads, that did exactly the same. I contacted the author of that plugin who said it is a know bug in versions of WPML earlier than 3.1.5 and is in fact fixed in 3.1.5 – I was running 3.1.4.

Since upgrading to 3.1.5 it works just fine with the delightful downloads plugin now which looks like it is updated a bit more regularly than Mike’s (which I have used for a long time and I do like) – but I know you’re a busy Woo man now ??

@jester1966de how are you getting on with this? I am also experiencing the same issues where by I cannot upload files without deactivating WPML which isn’t an option on one of the sites.

Yep I’m getting the same issue here, as soon as I disabled the WP Smush.it plugin the issue resolved. Real shame as that’s a great plugin for optimizing images, I just hope they can resolve it soon so I can get using the plugin again…

I am getting the same issues with Minify and that’s after excluding the jquery file from the list and rebuilding the cache. Anyone got any ideas?
