I have the same issue, and clicking the “x” does nothing for me. Hopefully it’s gone with the next update or I’ll remove the plugin. It looks too bad when my clients login to the dashboard.

I found out my issue is being caused by a conflict between this plugin and the Astra Pro plugin.

Thanks for getting back to me! I created a copy of the website and took all the steps you listed. The missing details didn’t show up unfortunately, but new orders do have order details. On the live website that is also the case for the most recent orders, so it’s hard to tell what is wrong. I guess it would be easier to find out when all orders would have missing order details, right?

I did have to roll back my website to an earlier backup, because Redis Cache messed something up with the translations on the webshop categories page… for now I’ll assume that was the cause of it.

Anyway, I’ll keep tracking what happens to future orders and if anything goes wrong.

@dgulias the issues we experience seem to be slightly different, as everything on the frontend looks fine on my part. Editing and saving again just puts the article back as ‘simple product’, so it’s confusing. Maybe it’s better to start a new topic for your issue?

Seven days and still no help, even no reply to my email. It seems that I wasted my money on this one.

Hmm that seems to be a different issue. In my case it was really the ‘Webcraftic Disable Admin Notices Individually’ plugin that saw the custom dashboard as a notification and thus removing it completely.

It’s probably better that you start a new topic here to get help.

No problem at all! And I’ll give it a shot with the re-generating button. For now I can’t check if it helped, as the person who first cancelled continued their purchase through the ‘cart abandonment’ plugin.

I’ll have to wait until someone cancels again before making the payment.

It is indeed the sales notification. I am checking on an Android phone using Chrome.
