    Hello,

    we send the same email again to the inbox of our (same) client. And now its working.
    We wrote to spamhaus and they told us: Right now spamhaus is not blocking woocommerce.com content anymore. (…..) But its a monthly/VIP guest on our blacklist (….) the domain is listed many 1xx times per year and is removed after some time (…) because webmster request a unlist/delist action (…).

    So its absolute not a good idea to integrate the link “woocommerce.com” into every woocommerce email out of the box and webmaster need to cleanup the emails in every project before start sending emails. Because woocommrce.com is very often listed on spamhaus.

    How i can send you all requested details in a privat content section?

    Hello,

    Since Spamhaus listings are dynamic and can change, I recommend reaching out directly to your hosting provider or email service provider, as they may be able to assist with deliverability issues.

    This feedback is not correct.

    We contact already spamhaus and they told us:
    woocommerce.com hit some spamtraps by sending emails to spamtraps. So all emails which contains a direct link to woocommerce.com/* will be blocked by spamhaus.
    We have blocked woocommerce.com – and not your domain.

    Before we already contact our email service provider. They told us the same:
    Not your domain or email is listed by spamhaus – its woocommerce.com which is listed on spamhaus and they shoud click on unlist button after solving the issue.

    So every webshop which contains woocommerce.com in the email footer will be blocked frome mail service providers which are partner with spamhaus. And in europe 90% of all email services are partner with spamhaus.

    1. Why you still contain woocommerce.com in email footer out of the box without handle this spam issue by interact with spamhaus?
    2. Why you do not click the “remove from spamhaus” button to unblock your domain and solve the issue for all users which contains woocommerce.com in the email footer out of the box?

    The domain woocommerce.com is listed on spamhaus. So why spamhaus shoud unlist our domain or our email service provider shoud do something here? Its on your side and you shoud work very fast on this issue. With spamhaus you can not play and make jokes, the issue will increase to a dramatic problem from month to month. And the unblock time will take more time. Confirmed by spamhaus support after we contact them with your feedback.

    1. Do you plan to improve the plugin regarding db table sizes about autoload?
    2. You say we need the pro version again. But our license is expired and we do not have any access to the pro version.

    In this case, you would need to install and uninstall the Pro version to clean up options like that. Or you could delete the ws_menu_editor_pro entry manually – that should be safe to do if the plugin has been uninstalled.

    Hello.

    regarding db content we used this sql query:

    SELECT option_name, length(option_value) AS option_value_length FROM wp_options WHERE autoload='yes' ORDER BY option_value_length DESC LIMIT 10;

    Hello,

    we already installed and deleted the plugin. That do not empty the auto load data.
    Any chance to delete it or set it to none for autoload?
    WordPress status also send us warning that we have a very large autoload table.
    Kinsta told us that your plugin adding the most data to table (23x more then the largest auto load entry).

    Question 2:
    Why all other plugins working so much smarter which also handle menue in wp?

    We can not ask every 4 or 5 days for feedback because support is to slow.
    How to work with slow support like this in a real business please?

    So your plugin description on www.ads-software.com is not compatible. You wrote your plugin is compatible with subscription plugin from woocommerce. Finally its not fully compatible. Any plugin to fix that simple and basic case of subscriptions in a bundle? This is nothing special and other feed plugins supporting this. Also possible via rules. But your plugin only write: we are compatible with both plugins but it ends in feature request.

    Please send me your feedback if you plan to improve this soon like in other feed plugins which are free. If we do not get any feedback we wills tart an dispute on www.ads-software.com to check the description and plugin code again based this support issue and compare it with the descirption.

    This is not our case.
    We using this plugins and you wrote your plugin is compatible with both plugins:

    We created a bundle product.
    We added a variration to the bundles tab.
    the option from your screenshot https://ibb.co/XxSPw1n4 is enabled.
    In the general tab the bundle product is not allowed to have a price. Because the price depends to selected bundle.

    Lets say you using woocommerce subscriptions plugin. You wrote its compatible with your plugin.
    Now you create a bundle with compatible bundle plugin. Now add an subscription to bundle product tab.

    Result:
    The customer have to pay a monthly fee. The fee depends to selected variration.
    So you are not allowed to enter a price in general tab of bundle here: https://ibb.co/JjQ5cRKK
    If you do it, it will cause this: The customer have to pay a once the entered amount plus they have to pay the amount from subscription.

    This is how bundle plugin and subscription plugin from woocommerce works.
    You wrote your plugin is compatible with both plugins. But its not.
    We also wrote our issue to woocommerce developers of both plugins and they confirmed: This plugin do not working correct, if you add a subscription to bundle product.

    So finally you wrote something on your website and also on www.ads-software.com description which is not true. You are going to fix that issue?

    your team via chat already confirmed: This plugin do not have any lazy load option.
    Thats so strange that simple basics like this for page speed improvement are still not added. That cause big render blocking issue on hightraffic websites. This is why other plugins have their own lazy load option and are compatible with lazy load of page optimization plugins. Your team via chat confirmed: We only support wordpress lazy load. But the wordpress lazy load will stop working if you use caching plugins with lazy load option – and from that moment your plugin wills top to use lazy load. Wow! Very bad idea to support only the wordpress lazy load option, if this lazy load is only working without any other page optimization plugin….

    We uninstalled your free plugin from 60 projects and need to cancle some +50 paid subscriptions of your plugin. Switched to another free solution which support nearly same options but that have their own lazy load option and support page optimization plugins…

    Do you plan to improve this case soon?
    I dont you need a video to really undestand how lazy load is working. Your developers undestand what is lazy load and how important it is.

    Hello,

    installed fresh wordpress.
    Installed woocommerce.
    Installed

    Now create an subscription with bundled product.

    The parent product is an bundle product. The developers of this plugin tell us:
    You shoud keep the price field from parent product empty if you have subscriptios. Add all prices in the subscription (child) product which you map in bundle section.
    They also checked our setup and say: everything is fine, we have no idea why the price is not fetched from lowest bundle product (our subscription).

    The bundle product have childs (in bundle section):

    The childs are subscriptions.
    The subscriptions have a monthly price. So we shoud keep the price field in bundle parent empty and add subscriptions to bundle with monthly price:

    We tested this with other feed plugins and it was working great. After switching to your plugin we always have 0 value for bundle products with monthly subscription in bundle.

    You wrote in your plugin description that your plugin is compatible with bundle products AND subscription products. So now we have an bundle product that contains an subscription and with that simple case your plugin will not work?

    We using the official plugins from woocommerce for bundles and subscriptions.
    Why its not working now?

    Done. Now i isee in my csv file:
    bundle;yes value.
    But there is no bundle price.

    No video is needed. We talked with your chat support on website and they confirmed:
    Your plugin do not have their own lazy load option. They only support the not good working option of wordpress lazy load, which shoud be disabled if you using any page optimization plugin.
    For example:
    If you use wp-rocket and lazy load by wp-rocket, wordpress lazy load will be disabled.
    The problem: Your plugin only support lazy load from wordpress.

    This is an massive limitation of your plugin and cause a lot of render blocking.
    You shoud support plugins with some milion of active users and in general page optimization plugins. Because most of all websites take a big profit from it, but from that moment your plugin stop to lazy load data on detail page and the paid version also stop working on archive pages with lazy load.
