Allow me to answer all of your questions one by one.

1. As for the category of conversion tracker, it’s not really important. We use “Other” by default by in case you want to change it to “Purchase”, go ahead, it has no impact whatsoever.

2. and 3. Our Google tag is inserted only on the product page and add to cart page. In case you can’t see the tag on any other page, it is intended. Our events are named as follows: Product page – offerdetail, Add to cart – conversionintent.

4. Google Analytics is not integrated with our app at all. You don’t have to set anything in there.

First of all, if you already have a FB pixel on your site, it’s not a problem at all – we always create a new pixel that matches our settings and is connected to our product catalogue. The pixel will be created in your Business Manager and inserted into your website code.

As for the question regarding the Google tracking code, it’s pretty much the same – we create our code and insert it to your website as well. Once it’s done, the tracking happens automatically.
