I fixed it. It was a google analytics code that caused the JQuery conflict I put in the header.

I had already checked the “hide add to cart” button.
But it did not resolve the problem.

As I use a plugin to control the my cart, I am not sure if that would be a conflict.

Is it possible to disable the CHECKOUT BUTTON/PAGE as well as the PAYMENT METHODS?

I checked. The button specifically appears on an ANDROID device using CHROME.
