I’m still waiting for a response. I’ve tried logging into my account on your website but it just says ‘Access Denied’ contact webmaster. This problem still persists and I really need help with this. My website is messed up without my galleries working properly.

ok, I got it working, I guess the content scanning option was returned in the new update. All works now. Thanks!

I don’t know why this was marked as ‘resolved’. It certainly hasn’t been resolved and I’m still hoping and waiting for a response. I don’t see any option to disable content scanning. Could that have been on a different version?

Sorry for not replying right away. I was really busy over the holidays and didn’t get a chance to work on my website. I don’t see any option to disable content scanning.

I submitted the request but haven’t heard anything back yet.

After going through all my plugins I found out that the site loads fine when I deactivate nextgen gallery by photocrati. I use the gallery on several pages so it’s definitely an essential plugin for me. Is there a way to have both of these plugins working at the same time?

another update… I added another site to google webmaster tools (site.elkforge.com) and added the sitemap at
https://site.elkforge.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css/xml-sitemap.xsl

now it comes up with another error…
Unsupported file format
Your Sitemap does not appear to be in a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.

I’ve looked and can’t find a way to fix this…

ok, here’s an update…

When i go to https://site.elkforge.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css/xml-sitemap.xsl
it shows up just fine at that address, even with www. in front of it, but it doesn’t work if i take out ‘site’ at the beginning, because that’s the directory where wordpress is installed… is there any way to fix this?

Ok, when I go to
https://site.elkforge.com/sitemap_index.xml
it pulls up the sitemap, so how do i let google know that the sitemap is there and not at
https://elkforge.com/sitemap_index.xml ?

Is there a way around this?

I changed the links to https://www.elkforge.com/rooms/****** instead of site.elkforge.com/rooms/******, so now they seem to be working. I never had this problem until now, I don’t understand how everything would work just fine until 2 days ago without making any changes to it. but at least it’s a temporary fix until I find out what the problem is. The database is at site.elkforge.com, but the website is https://www.elkforge.com. Is there a way to make it so nextgen recognizes both?

Another update: I tried completely uninstalling the plugin and reinstalled it and all the albums, but still no help. I’ve also changed the WP theme back to default and back to the current theme that I use, but still no change. ?? ?? ?? ??

this could not possibly be any more frustrating. Usually help is much easier to come by on this forum, What’s going on?????
This is making me very upset.

I found out that if I go to the page and select ‘no parent’ then the slideshows seem to work. Does that mean that this plugin doesn’t work on sub-pages? I don’t understand how that would be because it worked just fine on ALL my pages until yesterday afternoon.

another update: checked plugin status and still shows up as ‘Test failed, disable other plugins & switch to default theme’.

I’ve disabled ALL plugins and tried using this plugin and it still doesn’t work and displays the same dialog. Please advise!
