    Sorry, I messed up! After I posted this I installed another popup plugin called Popup Maker and with it I was able to create popups using Themify Builder (only on the backend, and it’s a bit limited). I used the same page for my tests, so that’s the one you saw.

    I just cleaned the page up; if you could take a look again, I’d appreciate it. It’s the button on the right, you should see some text in a light blue pop up. All I see is a white blank popup.

    Hi, I don’t know if you’ve already found a fix for this issue but in the current version of Themify Popups (1.1.0) the settings for popup size are found on the backend editor, on the Themify Custom Panel, under the “Popup Settings” tab.

    Hi there, I am having the same problem.

    If I create a popup using the WordPress content editor, it works fine (but layout options are limited).

    However, if I try using the Themify Builder, the popup is blank. No content is shown at all.

    As an example, here is a test page where I added two popups, one created with the WP editor and another created with Themify Builder. Both should display a line of text, but only the first one does.
