I have the same problem. I just migrated my site to a new server, and there’s a php mismatch.
None of my Newsletter emails are going out, whether they’re scheduled or blasted.
This issue is driving me crazy.

Another thing is I noticed the Cron job command line – if I were using the Linux command line – is wrong. It’s still showing the path of the OLD server.

I’ve run tests & it shows that everything is working fine, yet none of the scheduled emails are going out. The php mismatch issue may be a big part of the problem here.

Man, thank you so much for your reply – the ‘No Conflict Mode’ option did the trick!

I always keep my sites updated, and I had already done the plugin and theme conflict test before I had even asked you, because I know my WordPress lol, but nothing worked there – the problem still persisted.
I’ll have to play around with this a bit more when I get back from my vacation soon.

Hi & thanks for your reply, Kim.

The Discount Codes do NOT show up on the Orders tab.
They also don’t show up on the Settings->Discount Codes tab.
Nor do they show up in the individual member’s order page.
Very strange.

NOTE: Due to the fact that they weren’t showing up, I had deleted the previous discount code and created another one just like it. In my haste, I had forgotten to make the initial payment to be $0 as I had intended.
Then I just had a customer sign up for a membership. They used the discount code, but didn’t get their discount (obviously).

That leads me to…

One quick question: If I refund a customer right after they setup their membership (because I forgot to make the initial payment $0), will their monthly recurring membership still be good and continue the following period (every 30 days in this case)?
Or will the act of me refunding them (for my error) cancel their membership entirely?

I’ve just had a few clients tell me that some of the links in their welcome emails are still taking them to the Home page instead of the specific page on my site they’re intended to be taken to.

Wow – after much searching, experimenting, and trial & error,
I’m ecstatic to report that I was finally able to find an uncorrupted (hopefully) version of my database. I migrated the data over, did a quick test, and BAM!

I am officially back in business!!

Can’t tell you how relieved I am. Hundreds of emails that represented an uncountable number of hours writing & crafting them have all been successfully recovered now.

UPDATE!!:
I’m very happy to say that I was finally able to figure out what the issue was and FIX it!

The problem was that I was using a Captcha plugin on my regular WordPress login pages. It must have somehow interfered with the PMP login logic, and prevented it from working correctly.

Once I deactivated (then deleted) the Captcha Bank login plugin, everything worked perfectly!!

Very happy now, and back in love with PMP.
And I’ll still be getting that license.

P.S. One thing I just noticed: When I click the ‘Logout’ button/link, it takes me to the default login page. How can I fix that so it goes to the PMP Login page after logging out?

P.P.S. How can I redirect users to go to the page where they were sent that’s protected after logging in?

I appreciate the temporary workaround fix. I’ve done that and I’m able to login as a subscriber… although it does take me to the WP login page after the nice-looking PMP login page redirects me. Then I have to enter my info again.

So here’s another tiny wrinkle… I was able to login to my test site (on the same web host as my main site) in the proper way.

What could the problem be here??

Thanks for your reply.
No, my site does not have cache plugins setup.
I don’t know about my server, so I’ve already submitted a support ticket to find out IF they cache things on their level, and if so, HOW can I selectively disable them?

I’ve done further testing, and here’s what I’ve found:
Every site on that server that has PMP has this issue.
I tried it on another site on another server, and the problem was not there.

This would suggest that the issue is on the server side here.

However, I don’t recall having this issue with this server like a week ago. Very strange!

And are there any workarounds that I can put into place to get my members able to login until this issue is fully discovered and resolved?
