Where and how do you change the number of columns on this plugin? It reverts to 4 columns and I don’t want it to be 4 columns.
IF this is only able with the paid version, I am happy to pay for it, I just need to know how and where to change this.

I just started receiving the tests too and the order too. Maybe the DNS Settings took some time to propagate. Who knows, in any event, it seems to be working now.

I also did check with Godaddy host yesterday to make sure all of our email settings were accurate. They said they were.

Yes, the email appears in the email log, yes the checkbox is enabled.
I am getting test emails from pepipost, but not when I order a gift card.

I also did not receive the preview email when I tested that.

It has not shown up in my junk mail, i have already checked that.

Just an FYI, I registered with Pepipost, created and account and got an API key working and installed on the backend of our website. I sent a test email from Pepipost and I received it. However, when I went to purchase the gift card again to test that, I did NOT receive the email about the gift card.

Any suggestions?

Does this mean that it is MY email server that is rejecting it, or does this have to do with the website and the website’s outgoing server?

Yes, the email appears in the email log.
But it hasn’t come through my to my inbox.

Yes, I tried changing the order status to complete, and changed the settings of the plugin. Nothing worked.
