Everything is working now! Thank you very much! A connection to the Paypal Sandbox was only possible after disconnecting the integrated Store Gateway.

I have created a Test Download. The E-Book should cost about € 10, it can only purchased when the buyer accepts that there is no refund for digital products. So it works fine. But I get the download link before I should pay something. The download should only be accessed after paying the E-Book. And I don’t see the shopping cart.

And is it possible to create a page with all downloads available – for example called E-Book Shop?

Hi, now I get the confirmation that the sandbox account is connected to my paypal account and the webhooks are active. But a problem is the not confirmed E-Mail-Adress (I didn’t get an E-Mail to confirm) and the Gateway Status (Paypal isn’t currently active). How can I test Paypal now if it works?

Thank you for your reply. The problem is, it isn’t enough to have it in the Terms and Conditions the purchaser has to tick it actively. Otherwise the exclusion isn’t applicable and he can persist on a refund. Unfortunetely this is valid German / Austrian E-Commerce law.

Is another checkbox much custom developement? And is there an option to do not charge VAT. Because I have a small business and I am exempt from VAT.

I still have the problem that many pageviews are missing under consent mode and I still don’t see the sources. In Analytics (live mode) I can’t see from where my visitors are coming.

I have added to GA4-ID to Complianz and forced the plugin to load GA4. Also I have activated Consent Mode V2. Maybe you can check if everything is fine?

Is there something else to do? Should I activate the Google Consent Signals in Google Analytics? As I see they are only for Google Ads?
