Aaand… perfect!
Plugin works like a charm. Love it!I noticed that in the settings page it actually shows the correct user/pw, despite having put fake info in the wizard as suggested.
Of course it reads them from wp-config, right?Damn it, that was fast! ??
I’m going to join you right now!You may want to add it to plugin description, as others will surely be happy to know!
Thank you Yehudah!

In reply to: [Simple Basic Contact Form] Extra fields set-upMagic!
I’m testing it now.
I implemented the code, and a new ‘select’ menu correctly shows on the form.
However, in the sent emails, only the label appears.I can easily wait for the plugin implementation, so no need to solve it right now.
I have a few questions now that I’m testing the form, if you don’t mind:
– Scope of ‘Click here to reset the form’ link on Success page?
– Difference btw Ip and Host ip? They show both as my wan ip in the emails sent.
– I know the form is well coded and already ‘Protects against bad bots, malicious input, and other threats’. Can I just disable the captcha, or it would be wise to also add a honeypot (so as to avoid spam but also the captcha-like thing)?I also have a few minor suggestions I won’t bother you with right now.
Kudos for the skills and mindset (and time!) you pour into your plugins (and website!) for the sake of us less-gifted ??

If you think the new one is already stable enough for a production site, I’d be glad to try it.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Commenter Ignore Button] [feature req] admin to decideThank you for caring!
Nice reply.
I see now how to implement such feature may be quite a lot of work on your side.Yes, the idea is to offer a way for normal (and urban) users to have a cleaner comments section by default. And that would be up to a moderator of course.
Without resorting to banning, blocking or censoring (options that I personally dislike), the users would be first thing presented with the offending commenter’s comments all hidden by mod’s choice. Then, they should be able to un-hide one for checking out, and also to un-hide all if so choose.Commenter’s comments should not be shadow-banned either, ie visible just to him/herself, but rightly there, just flagged and set ‘outside’ the reading flux, still readable but only by explicit per-user choice.
I like this non-banning but nevertheless users-caring approach!
Anyway, as I said, it would probably require a lot of work to implement this system on your plugin. Up to you then. ?? Let me know what you think and keep me updated ??

Still unresolved, but UNRELATED to your plugin.

Please do mark this topic resolved (or even non-existent? ??
I will now give this very useful and well thought out plugin of yours 5 stars.Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast 3.2.4 breaks wp-adminHad the same issue, this is how I solved.
Enabling wp_debug showed a ‘fatal error’ in the otherwise blank admin content area, caused by yoast file class-yoast-notification-center.php in the plugin’s admin folder. There lies the problem. I simply downloaded a few older versions of our (beloved) plugin and found that by using that file from v3.2.2 I got admin area back to life.
Enjoy the temporary solution until Joost’s direct intervention.
