Okay I think I got it. I had to go back into my individual pages and fix the show/hide boxes. It’s officially working for me!

Actually, I spoke too soon. If I follow your directions and choose “hide all” it hides my side navigation (which is what I want), but it also hides my main navigation which is not good. The settings looks like I should be able to toggle between both side and main navigation, but it edits both navs at the same time.

I’m having the same issue. I tried inverting the menu selection and publishing the page, but nothing has changed yet. I thought it may have been my browser history/cookies, but this thread makes me think otherwise. I’m somewhat new to wordpress… If I revert back to the older plugin version, will I have to start from scratch with the menus? I’ve never reverted back to an older version. Thank you! – Tori
