stephencottontail that was a quick response to my second post on this “support forum”. But it’s been 5 hours since someone has replied to this post. No one seems to have answers and I find this to be extremely inconsiderate. I just want to upload my new theme. Who do I contact? Is there someone who will look into this?

So, I did a little research and checked out a few youtube videos on how to upload through FTP. For me this is a bit complicated and very inconvenient. If the “upload theme” in wp is broken, when will it be fixed? Who do we complain to? Those of us who are not familiar with ftp or cpanel depend on the convenience of the upload theme.
