Thanks for your feedback. It depends to the theme that you’re using. That sidebar comes from the theme. We provided a feature that you might be able to use to fix this issue. You can try to set the theme layout in Listdom -> Settings -> Details Page -> Theme Layout and set it to a layout that doesn’t have sidebar.

Another possible solution is to use our listdomer theme.

Thanks for your feedback. The issue might be due to a combination of other search filters or due to lack of data in your listings such as content, etc.

In order to change the keywords you need to download Listdom language files, change them and then upload them in the WordPress languages folder.

We will check this case and consider it in our future updates.

At this time we do not have this feature. However, we do have it in our backlog and you can have it in future updates.

Also as these questions are related to Listdom Pro we cannot reply to you here. So we will reply to you with the email that you send as soon as possible.

At this Listdom Lite does not have the feature to disable the details page.

Regarding the theme issues which you mentioned you can send them here also in our support platform and we will back to you as soon as possible. We have checked our support system and there is not any limitation for adding new tickets.

The supporting team suggested you switch the theme in order to ensure the issue is the theme or it is something else. Sometimes a conflict by a plugin causes these cases.

Regarding the charging tax, it is not a topic that we can discuss here as it is not related to WordPress supporting system and community. You can open a ticket and we will send you the reasons behind that.

The error that you sent can be an error created by other plugins or themes since we don’t have this issue on our own demo and development websites. Also no one of our clients reported the same issue so the issue only happens on your website due to an unknown problem.

Listdom description does support some limited html tags for description and remove other tags automatically due to making Listdom listings secure on XSS attack.

In order to set up search page you need to follow these steps:

1- Create a shortcode and use that on a page to show listings.

2- Create a page and use the shortcode that already created in step #1 on that

3- create a search form with our search builder. It will give you a shortcode.

4- Use that shortcode in the page that created in step #2

5- Link search form that created with page #2 and shortcode #1:
