In reply to: [Participants Database] Saving settings does not workHi, I’m not sure if my case could apply to your one. But I found the reason of my case really hard way. I thought that one between the hosting server and plugin was providing issue. But it was not. I turned off a university network that I was using for WiFi and connected to my site using personal internet network. And I could submit the setting of the plugin. But I still do not know why my university network prevents the plugin from submitting the settings to the server. I think this issue affects some of people who have similar network environments like me.
Thank you for your support. I still love your plugin very much.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseSorry but I do not have PHP error log set up. I will search what it is and find if I can do PHP error log set up. Thank you. Have a nice day. But I am still wondering why I cannot save the settings in the shared hosting sites.

In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseThank you for the reply. Yesterday I also found that I could not save the settings in the website where I run in the GoDaddy hosting company. The participants database works well in my university server but when I use it in the shared hosting companies such as a Korean company, Bluehost, and GoDaddy, I cannot save the setting and I get the same error. Your plugin is super great. I hope that I could find the solution to this issue. Thank you.

In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseI have deactivated all other plugins other than the participants database but I still cannot save. I would appreciate it if you could you recommend any other shared hosting service providers that would not cause this issue.
Thank you again.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseThank you for the reply. I told the Bluehost that my requests were related to security rules. But they told me that they could not change security rules because it was shared hosting. I save the settings before I install any other plugins. So I think that it was not related to other plugins. But I will investigate the possibility of other plugins causing the issue. By the way, could you recommend any other shared hosting service providers that would not cause this issue?
Thank you again.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseHi, again, could you tell me server requirements for the plugin. I became desperate because I have done a lot of data work with Participants Database in a university site. I am moving it to the Bluehost. If you could offer me the server requirement, I could communicate further with the Bluehost. Thank you again for the plugin.

In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseHi, thank you for the reply. I have done all the communication I could do with the Bluehost. But they say there is nothing wrong in their side. I am stuck here. Could you be a little more specific about security rules? And then, with that I could communicate again wiht the Bluehost. Thank you again.

In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseI have checked this issue in an another site that I run in a University server. It works all right. I can save the setting. It seems that it is related to the server setting or server security setting. Could you tell me how I deal with the hosting companies regarding this issue?
The sites where I cannot save the participants database setting are all shared hosting service providers. I love this plugin. I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this issue.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Participants Database] I cannot save settings of participants databaseI also run a site in a university server. It is working but it was installed about a month ago. It is still working and I can save the setting. I find that the plugin was updated 2 days ago. Do you think that this issue is related to the update?
