In reply to: [Order Status History for WooCommerce] Fatal error after installing pluginI’m sure it’s just an issue of my website being outdated, it hasn’t been updated in a long time, but WC is working just fine. It’s running WC Version 3.5.9
EDIT: The web host increased the memory
“””
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’);
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );We have increased the MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT to 512 M.
“””so it appears to be good now.

Thank you for your detailed reply. I’ve taken your advice and removed the outdated plugins, however upon re-activating the SEO Framework plugin the problem persists, albeit without any memory related errors, but still a blank page for certain products with the internal server 500 error. I’ve contacted the web host as well, but is there any other suggestions you might have to fix this?
Thank you.

thanks for the quick reply, I’ve emailed you through your website.
I was already logged into my wordpress.com account, but I went ahead and signed out and in again, but the problem persists.
looks like it only happens when I am logged in with notifications enabled. When I disable notifications the problem disappears, but when I re-enable them the problem returns.
I fixed it myself. There was an incompatibility with Minify on the W3 Total Cache plugin, so I just disabled Minify and it works again.
I’m having a similar issue, did you ever resolve yours?
Ok, I think I may have answered my own question. Does this plugin require a user to make an account on my website for the save cards feature to work? I would like it to save the card details on Stripe regardless if they make an account or not, ideally.
It’s not really a security concern, although some customers may think it is because it’s ‘saving’ their CC#’s, but mainly I don’t want to add extra functionality for something that my customers won’t likely use. If anything it just adds extra buttons and steps that could potentially confuse some of my customers.
I don’t believe Stripe saves the CC details, at least I haven’t seen where it would. I don’t use the Stripe checkout option with this plugin, just the regular CC checkout.
Email sent.
Hi Justin,
I never did figure out how to fix this issue I’m having. I’m adding some more pages to my website and it has popped up again. I looked under the networks tab on Chrome and there don’t appear to be any errors. All I get after clicking the save button on Beaver is “admin-ajax.php” “status 200” listed over and over again every 10 seconds or so. Any other ideas?
Thanks!

another word that’s giving me the same error is “having” no idea why these random words are causing the plugin not to save, perhaps the recent wordpress update?
