In reply to: [Download Manager] File browser not showing when trying to Add NewI’ve just removed Contributor and left Administrator alone in those settings, but there’s no change at all. When I click on Add New, only Upload tab shows up ??

In reply to: [Download Manager] File browser not showing when trying to Add NewYes, I know. That’s where it’s set to Contributor + Administrator.

In reply to: [Download Manager] File browser not showing when trying to Add NewI don’t fully understand how file browser access role works: in this blog, they are set, by default, to Contributor and Administrator.

In reply to: [Origamiez] Bug with comments? They are the same?!?We’ve received a comment by you, which has already been approved. As you can see, text is shown different from the one you sent. And it’s always the same comment that is shown instead of the real one (which is not overwritten, because when I click on “Edit”, the real content is shown in the control panel). Very strange!

In reply to: [Origamiez] Bug with comments? They are the same?!?I’ve just made a test: a new comment has been published with admin account and the content shown has nothing to do with the text sent thru the comments form: the content is -again- the one from https://casdeiro.info/textos/index.php/2008/04/22/circunscricion-para-a-quinta-provincia-xa/comment-page-1/#comment-1
New comment has been sent here: https://casdeiro.info/textos/index.php/2011/01/12/a-praga-do-mola/comment-page-1/#comment-71357
OK. Thanks for the quick investigation, Robert!
So, the problem is same map 2 times on the same page. Well, I guess I could then remove one of them. If you solve the problem, please let me know at this thread, because we’d prefer to show the map inside that page’s content and also to show it at the bottom widgets bar on all pages.
Thanks for your work and for your great plugin!
I’ve just tried previewing that page through
customize.php?theme=twentyfifteen
and all the markers show up. So, I guess it’s a problem with Enigma Pro theme :-/Thanks, Robert. I’ll try the protocol you suggest.
Curiously, I’ve just noticed that the bottom widget is showing the marks without any problem. I mean, at https://www.costavales.com/blog/participantes/ we have 3 maps that should show the same marks at 3 different positions on the page: inside the main content (it fails), at the sidebar (it fails), and at the botton bar (it works OK). It might give us some clue…
I’ve tested the map with Seamonkey, Firefox and Chromium browsers, on Ubuntu Linux.
There are also some errors or warnings clearly related to the plugin. For example:
Warning: Expected end of value but found ':'. Error in parsing value for 'margin-top'. Declaration dropped. Source File: https://www.costavales.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/leaflet-maps-marker/leaflet-dist/leaflet.css?ver=3.10 Line: 55, Column: 15 Source Code: margin-top:5px:
Well, I’ve found a workaround that may help most people: to translate all the images, which in Polylang lingo means: to have them asigned to the other languages active on the blog. In this way I got EID to recognize them no matter the language chosen. I think it’s the easiest way to fix this apparent lack of images when navigating with the other language.
To masively do this there is a third plugin which can greatly help: Media Library Assistant.
Thanks, Michelle! ^_^

In reply to: [Easy Image Display] Any way to display random image from a certain folder? It could be useful if inclusion/exclusion could make use of gallery concept of bult-in media gallery from WP. I mean: include only images which are part of gallery ID=3, for example. In this way, one can classify his/her images through the built-in features of WordPress, and then use this classification to include/exclude also from within Shellbot’s plugin. I think it could be done.
