The website actually seems to force the space on the billing but not the shipping. We didn’t make any changes but this is the case and PayPal flags this as mismatched billing/shipping address because of the single space difference.

Example: M1K 4N2 vs. M1K4N2

Just updated and tested, same thing it takes me to the cart page instead of the review order or checkout page. It also is not passing the shipping address to the website and is displaying “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

We are on the standard release and the issue is that when someone tries to checkout using PayPal Express checkout without an account on our website it will continually return them to the cart page after entering their information on PayPal.

Yes 1.4.4 is what I have right now. We had significant issues with the last version you linked to above.

We’ve rolled back to the original plugin and i’m testing it currently.

Our Dev updated it but we’re now having issues with direct payments going directly to on-hold or being duplicated.

So it appears this is being caused when someone doesn’t have an account on the website and as such no address information is being passed along. I will try the release branch, manual update is replacing files?

Thanks, it appears to be working now however I am getting some errors for customer orders.

Yes the plugin is good, was a server side issue.

Thanks, we are in WPengine and I believe we had them resolve this.

One thing that’s been a reoccurring thing is that when a customers payment is declined the error shown makes it seem like it’s an issue with our website. It says “there was an issue with the payment gateway” or something to that effect. This is shown when it’s a customer data error such as no avs match, card number incorrect, card type not accepted.

It would be really nice to have the error messages displayed so the customer knows what they need to fix.
