Thanks for the quick response! Deleting the plugin database was a last resort. I hadn’t corrected the issue, but that fact that it worked for you gave me a lead. My web host seems to be flagging certain words. Not sure if it is supposed to be some kind of DoS protection, hack attempts. But as long as that name wasn’t in the form it re-directed just fine.

Nevermind, post manual upgrade it looks OK.

I had an error during the upgrade also. Everything *looked* seems OK except the Widgets are gone. I tried a manual upgrade which didn’t error, but the widgets didn’t return.

Any ideas? Thanks!

That would be great! I’m not sure what others could use, but for my non-profit group here is the use case:

1. Present an event registration form with several customizable fields such as name, email, home club name, shirt size and food preference.
2. Submit/Pay Now or similar button at bottom
3. Pay Now button takes them to the PayPal payment screen for them to complete the payment
4. A separate page that lists selected fields from the form for people who have successfully paid. Such as Name and home club name
