Same issue here on all of our client websites that updated to version 9.1.0.

Okay so the customer setup is as follows. They are using the latest version of WORDPRESS and your plugin with php 7.4.

1. New page: We create a new page for each new issue of their online magazine. Permissions are set to disallow non-customers. So it would end up being something like https://theirsite.com/issue10/

2. Download monitor: We create a new download record, click +add file, then copy and paste the URL of the new page from above step (i.e. https://theirsite.com/issue10/). We also have the following options checked: featured download, members only, redirect to file. We save the record, then copy the URL from the “download information” section and post that.

Previously that worked fine since setup few years ago. After recent updates to the latest version of your plugin, the following keeps happening:

1. If a member tries to access the download URL we posted it gives the “Access denied to this file Go to homepage →” message. The direct URL to the page works fine, but the download URL gives that message.

2. If we edit any download monitor record (or create new ones) It no longer saves the “+add file” URL we originally copied / pasted into that field.

Its not for a download file, but rather points to a hidden page URL within the website. This worked before without an issue using the “add download” then pasting the URL into there. So it may not be a file, but it is still using the local directory, i.e. site.com/magazine/mar-april-2022-issue/

So any download I edit now the URL shows until I update anything, then it wipes it.

Also the bug of “Access denied to this file Go to homepage →” is still present.

Same issue here. WordPress vesion 5.9.3. Downloaded your 4.5.92 fix and there are two issues I found.

1. Still giving the “Access denied to this file Go to homepage →”.
2. I updated a download and unchecked the “members only” option, then saved. My download URL disappeared. I copied and pasted it back into the system and it still saved as blank.

Your assistance on this is greatly appreciated. Never had a problem until recent update.

Your mandatory error message is still showing of:

“PIXEL CAFFEINE WARNING: By November 2nd, it will be mandatory to enable the Two-Factor Authentication in your Facebook account in order to connect to Facebook APIs. Please, be sure to enable the TFA in your account in order to continue to use the Pixel Caffeine features.”

Even though it is well past November 2nd. Any update when your plugin will remove this, or how I can disable it?

Any updates on adding shortcodes yet? It would be a great feature to have if we could pull in the order ID, or other common variables (i.e. I am using a URL for questionnaire form that I would like to pass order ID to). Thanks.

I appreciate the response and no worries. I figured out a way around it by inspecting the code – removing the “disable” then I am able to go back to the field and copy everything. Honestly the update works out very well, as now I can easily update the same message used by multiple products. My only suggestion would be in future consider maybe allowing different messages to be sent with different order statuses (i.e. one for processing, one for completed, etc.) Otherwise keep up the great work!

I can see the old custom messages, but the area is disabled and doesnt allow me to copy, save as new message, or anything.
