New link – https://streamable.com/0k93b8 – it expires after 2 days, I JUST uploaded it now, so hopefully it’ll give you enough time. If you know somewhere I can upload a video that doesn’t expire, I’d appreciate that info, as I don’t know anywhere that doesn’t have a size limit.

Somehow this got marked Resolved when it’s not – I fixed it and marked it unresolved. Please let me know if I should make a temp login for you to test.

As I said, we’re using the latest version of WP – 6.7.1 – and the latest version of TS Video Gallery – 2.4.4, although I did try rolling back the plugin to 2.4.3 and 2.4.2 and still had the issue. PHP version 7.4 – I do realize this is outdated, but I did try 8.2 with all other plugins deactivated and still had the issue.

I included a link to the video and the website in my first post.

I can provide a temp support login if necessary.

Thanks so much for your help! I was missing the Notice widget – I didn’t realize I didn’t have it enabled, so when I set up the single product template, I didn’t see it. I enabled and added it, and it’s working great!

I could REALLY use help making the label hyperlink also. I set this up for a client and they want it to link.

Nevermind! I’m a dummy lol. I had disabled the status field and forgot to reenable it.

Nevermind! I’ve never used Loco Translate before but looked up directions and figured it out. Thanks!

But won’t that be overwritten with updates? I tried copying files to my child theme, but was only able to figure out changing “View on map / Neighborhood.” The “Neighborhood” tab didn’t update.

Nevermind. I ended up buying the Pro version after all.
