Just to clarify, is it just stripping the “time” part of the field as a can see a date picker field there.

In reply to: [FormLift for Infusionsoft Web Forms] Form LayoutHey Chet.
Someone decided to give my computer a bath a while back, had all my update progress on it. So I’ve been working on re-coding the update. It’s been slow going, but it’s on the way.
Alrighty, going to go ahead and mark as resolved ??
Strange, it works for me as well… The only thing I can think of is you have a conflicting chrome plugin like last-pass or something overriding it.
Have you checked the JS console? ctrl+shift+i when the page loads to see if any errors pop up?
I just saw this today with another user. Please try deactivating and then reactivating it and see if that solves your issue ??

In reply to: [FormLift for Infusionsoft Web Forms] plugin won’t workIS your website currently in development mode? It can sometimes be tricky on dev sites.
The good ol fashioned way is to go to the settings page through the regular menu instead of the link in the notice. If that doesn’t work send me login info and I’ll trouble shoot.
I’m going to mark this topic as resolved due to the lack of reply. Please feel free to reopen this ticket if you need further assistance.
Hi, I’m going to mark this topic as resolved for now, please feel free to reopen if you have further issues.
So you set the required fields in Infusionsoft, but did you set them in FormLift? WordPRess doesn’t know whats required and what’s not base on HTML, so you have to tell it.
In the required fields tab of the form settings, please check off all the relevant items.
Would it be possible to send screen shots of your form’s HTML and required field settings?
Are you an admin? those setting are only available to admins.
have you set the checkbox to be a required field?

In reply to: [FormLift for Infusionsoft Web Forms] Pasting forms HTML error on saveThere is a very strict cleaning algorithm to the HTML to protect the integrity of the HTML to avoid 640 and 960 infusionsoft form errors. HTML you can add freely includes the following tags. img, p, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6.
hope that answers your question.

In reply to: [FormLift for Infusionsoft Web Forms] Pasting forms HTML error on saveHi!
Sometimes the unformatted HTMl differs bewteen versions of Infusionsoft. To be safe all you need to do is use the import form feature in the first tab of the form settings.
Select a from from the drop down and one click import.
Hope that helps!
