First of all thank you for your help and your inerest
I chose the language of my site and I already did translations with other plugins and themes, and worked well.
The names I gave to the files:
First try :
ultimate-member-ar_AR.po/ .mo
Second try :
ultimatemember-ar_AR.po / .mo ( Because I saw that you have a file named ultimatemember-en.po in plugin language dirictory ).
Third try :
ultimatemember-ar.po / .mo
I think this problem is caused by a lack of files .pot
