This issue was happening because the user was using an older version of PHP on their destination server. The theme being used did not support an older version of PHP

Old Server PHP Version: 7.4
Destination Server PHP Version: 5.6

Therefore by upgrading their version of PHP this solved the issue.

We have fixed this issue in v8.2.0 by adding a notification once the settings have been saved.

This issue has now been resolved in out latest version v8.2.0. Please update to the latest version before starting your latest migration

Check the force upload check box, then click on the update settings button.

Now retry your migration

This issue has now been resolved by our team. Before our v8.2.0 release.

This issue is normally caused by the host you are migrating to timing out when retrieving your backup. The fix is to change the chunk size as shown in the image below.

Go to Transferito -> Settings and on the settings page.
Change the chunk size to between 1 – 10 and click on the Update Settings button.

Now retry your migration
