All current PageLines Plus customers will be grandfathered into the new system. If you’re using PageLines Framework 2.x you won’t have to pay anything more and you keep your license for what you’ve got. With DMS you can download it for free and you’ll never have to pay an ongoing fee for it if you don’t want to. You can download it right on GitHub.

Not sure that answers your question but if the issue is PageLines pricing, hopefully that helps you ‘stick with it’. You can always send a message to the team at PageLines too if you need any more clarification.

Hey. I’m having a similar issue. I’m running my site through CloudFlare but also using W3 Total Cache with MaxCDN. I took a look at my .htaccess file and it’s huge compared to yours. If anyone knows a workaround for how to get WP Smush.it to work, that’d be sweet. I could manually upload every image to yahoo, but that would take a while…

So, to follow up, the issue was resolved by clearing the browser’s cache.
