In reply to: [HUSKY - Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce] Hiding unused sub catsHello RM,
My developer whom you have also responded to had already implemented the code above but it’s not what I want.
My site: https://www.transmittersrus.com/
In the horizontal red bar along the top of the left hand menu you can see my five top level categories; BROADCAST, STUDIO, SOFTWARE, COMPONENTS & USED GEAR.
By default I have an expanded BROADCAST top level category in the left hand column.
If you click on the red band TLC tabs STUDIO, SOFTWARE, COMPONENTS & USED GEAR. you will see the left hand column list of sub categories change.
In the home page left hand column you will see the four ‘collapsed’ top level categories at the foot of the left hand menu.
If you click on any of them the ‘expanded’ BROADCAST list of sub categories above should collapse and be replaced by that new top level category sub cats list but as you can experience presently it does not work.
I would like it to work.
As I showed you in my previous mail the website https://www.broadcastwarehouse.com has a left hand menu with four top level categories. If you click on any of them, in the left hand column you will see they then display their respective sub categories while the remaining three top level categories collapse.
I hope I have explained clearly what I would like to happen functionality wise.
If you have any questions or are unsure of anything please just ask.
Thanks.
David

Hello Sybre,
So sorry for not confirming that the issue has now been sorted.
Still fighting with some of the traffic lights but I hope they will eventually go green :-))

Hi Sybre,
Thank you for the swift response.
We cleared cache.
Java is not disabled.
We’ve tried latest Safari, Firefox & Chrome browsers.
Not using a custom theme.
We use All in One WP security which does change the admin URL!
The problem persists:-(

We have downloaded WC Custom Tabs and have created a Features test tab but cannot get it to display on the main site.
Anyone have experience in using this plugin?
Thanks.
