I believe this would be a code change in the woocommerce plugin rather than a Dokan plugin?

From my understand, product prices are set through WooCommerce and not Dokan.

Would upgrading to a premium version allow for this?

@fayeakuzzaman I see — so all payments are sent to the admin and the admin must manually transfer funds to the vendor through bank or paypal? Thanks for clarifying — let me know if I am misunderstanding.

Thanks — I meant to say Withdrawal instead of Reverse Withdrawal. I am the admin and I approved the Withdrawal request. In the dokan dashboard, it says I’ve approved it and sent the payment to the vendor’s paypal but the vendor does not see any payment come through to his Paypal. Furthermore I nor the vendor received any communication from paypal that a deposit was made.

The vendor no longer has the option to withdraw funds from his end because he said the withdrawal was already approved and the funds were sent to paypal, but he has not receipt of the payment. Any idea what happened to the money?

Ive followed the permalink fix on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pe7qcNuWm4E but the issue still persists. Can we get some support?

@bcworkz Thanks — and I just learned about staging websites. With a staging website, I can prevent the dev from accessing any customer info correct? If the staging website only has fake customer data, and I only ask them to make plug in modifications, I can just migrate the plug in modifications the live site correct?

Anything I’m missing?

ok I’m just a bit wary because I’ve never used one before — I’m looking for some pretty extensive plug-in manipulation. Generally speaking, for a beginner, would it be safer to hire someone in the same country as you (i’m based in the US) right so you can have them sign non disclosure agreements and T&C’s?

or will it not make a different ultimately?

So are you saying payments to vendors are not possible using dokan lite?

what languages are necessary for the customization? Can it be done solely through CSS and html?
