What is the format expected by the plugin? It looks as though there are supposed to be at least two columns: a name and an email address. Note that the file must have the extension “csv” and that fields probably need to be quoted.

Can you please post a sanitized line from your file? Does your file have a line of field names?

Could you please provide more info on your issue: actual CSV data, actual error message, what you are trying to do, etc.

It took quite a while to sort this out. It seems that upgrading the site to https caused a problem. My Chrome browsers somehow forced the site to http, while other browsers did not. Anyway, the http version of the page submitted the form in the clear (I watched via Wireshark), but the site responded by setting up an https connection.

After a lot of digging, I discovered that new installs of 3.5 no longer have a Link Manager by default. One has to add the Link Manager Plugin.
