I add the TOC with a Shortcode – [ez-toc].

I’m using the Astra theme (https://wpastra.com/)

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Some tables of contents work perfectly, like: https://travelnania.com/koh-kradan.

Some can’t be opened, such as: https://travelnania.com/best-places-vietnam/ OR
https://travelnania.com/cao-bang/. The original URL plus a hashtag shows up, but there is no scrolling down, it jumps to the top of the page.

Some can be opened, but not all anchors work, such as: https://travelnania.com/thoddoo/ (CHAPTER: Where to Eat in Thoddoo?).

Thank you for your response. I have followed your instructions and enabled the “Generate TOC link ids” option, but unfortunately, the issue persists. The headings still do not work properly in the TOC, and the TOC does not expand in some blogs.

Could you please provide further assistance?
