Not working for me either. Checked digiprove website and its not even working currently. Is this plugin still being updated?
Strange. That did it. Logged out. Now the site is populating all the statistics and graphs. Thanx
I’ll also add that the jetpack activity log is also not populating with any recent activities. Just the swirling circle on all of these. No error code generated. In addition, I also observed the ‘bell’ on the top right corner of the cashboard shows an *alert, but when selected the panel opens but shows nothing (swirling circle).
Thanks. I does give me one line of stats (7 day highlights), but the graphic that breaks it down into daily stats (views, visitors, likes, comments, and graphic) and pages list with countries map is not populating/showing. To clarify, I am referring to the wordpress.com dashboard and not the innovatev……org dashboard which also pulls stats from jetpack.

In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] Button Text & Recent Posts – IssuesI shortened the text, which then pushes left as desired. It works for now.
re: Line spacing
I connected with the edupress theme developer. They confirmed it could be addressed with css, but they aren’t returning the spacing back to the original setting.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [EduPress] Recent Posts: Line Spacing too largeThe list looked the same until recently

In reply to: [EduPress] Recent Posts: Line Spacing too largeThe list of recent posts was effected by a theme update. The spacing is wider than it was before. Wider than the pages list. The inconsistent spacing creates an inconsistent experience for visitors to the LP. I reduced the number of recent posts shown to limit that section from taking too much space on the LP. I spoke with the team at site origin, and they said theme updates (not site origin plugin) had changed the spacing.

In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] Button Text & Recent Posts – IssuesThanks. I connect with the theme developer to confirm the TOC line spacing.
Re: centering vs. left – button text.
Everything is selected to be left sided. The preview shows appropriate, but actual updated button shows centered. So I shortened the text phrases, and seems to push to the left. Not an ideal solution. But will work for the time being until the big is resolved.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] Button Text & Recent Posts – IssuesI edited the names on the buttons, shortened, which moved them to the left. But would prefer to use the full name which previously was also on the left; now centered.

In reply to: [Interactive Content – H5P] H5P Not Showing on Live PagesDid some research and see lazy load has created this issue with other users. WPCache lazy load wasn’t the culprit. It was this feature on Ewww Image Optimizer. I deactivated that feature, and the content is showing again.
Thanks! Much appreciated.
Thanks for letting me know. The page I accessed wasn’t accepting tickets at the moment. I’ve activated the plugin. I didn’t activate all of the functions this time. Is actually working at the moment. Haven’t inspected everything, but the dashboard isn’t blank at the moment. Hopefully fixed.
The connection to wordpress.com has also been restored but it indicates the connection is broke again if I ‘click on the site’ to view the page. I refresh the WP dashboard and its fine again, and confirmed the internal dashboard to the site still looks fine; so not sure why two different ‘views’ on the wp.com dashboard are different (connected then disconnected). Cleared the cache, and site dashboard is still fine.
WP Super Cache was updated 10 hrs ago, per the dashboard.
Last I checked the support forums was closed for the moment. May have changed. Innovatevancouver.org The plugin is deactivated at the moment. I ran all the tests recommended, but no discernible error reported.
Running the debug test was incomplete. It couldn’t run because of no connection. I do not have any of the themes or plugins listed on your website to have known conflicts. When I activated the plugin, and found it on the JP debug page, the test could not be run because of ‘unknown error.’
