Thank you for getting in touch with us and thank you for using PMPro! We are currently aware of this and our development team are looking into a solution for this. There’s an issue where the expiration time is mis-calculated on the edit profile page if the WordPress timezone setting is UTC or one of the “UTC +|- offset”. The simple workaround is to set the time zone to one of the “continent/city” options that is applicable. For instance Europe/Paris.

Can be set in the “Settings” -> “General” menu in the /wp-admin/ backend.

Would you kindly try alter this setting and let me know if this helps?

Have you selected the Manage Stock checkbox? You need it to display that Backorders are allowed on the product, more info can be found in this documentation (Section13)

After reading this documentation it would appear that the additional fields should be passed through to the confirmation email(Provided the have Labels). Found it just under Step 2 of “Setting up Add-On”

Note: You must add a Label for the field, so the information is saved and passed through the confirmation email.

Any chance you could send through a link to the product that has some extra fields?

When I view the site on my Desktop, the button URL’s are being directed to mysitename.

Did you perhaps develop the site on mysitename and then moved it over to mk-tech-gagets?

If so, you may need to update the URL’s (they could still be pointing to the old development site), but it seems that only the Buy Product buttons are not linked correctly which is strange, how did you set up the links from your site to amazon originally?

For more info on updating links, you can look at: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-update-urls-when-moving-your-wordpress-site/ but I am not entirely sure this will fix your issue. Maybe with the info on how you set up the links originally might help.

It could potentially be a caching issue. Are you running any caching plugin?

If so, you could try deactivating that plugin and do some testing to see if the problem still persists.

Hi there,

It looks like there is a Price range that is in effect with that product.

It once happened to me where I had a product with a few variants. One of the variants was set to a price lower then my new price. Once I saved it, it displayed $20 – $40 just like your is doing.

I see that the prices on the page https://hastalamasa.com.ar/producto/1-berenjena/ has changed though. Did you manage to fix it?
